The Leopard´s Leap Classic Collection Merlot is a fruity wine, which already exudes the wonderful scent of cherries with a hint of blueberries in the bouquet. Notes of roasted almonds and nutmeg provide a spicy component and are accompanied by earthy tones. On the palate, ripe tannins lend the red wine, some of which has matured for a year in barriques, its great structure and the pleasantly soft mouth feel lingers for a long time. The Leopard's Leap Classic Collection Merlot is a versatile accompaniment to various dishes based on tomatoes, pasta or dark meat.
